Group Training

Group fitness in Denver offers a number of benefits. Not only does it provide the group camaraderie that can make working out more fun but it also offers increased motivation to push yourself. At Boost 180 Fitness, our group fitness training programs can offer you all that and more.

We have group fitness, in Denver and the surrounding areas, options that accommodate all sizes – whether you want to work out with a partner or a whole crowd.

  • Kids Fitness Training

    Partner Training

    $75 total, 60 minutes

    Our partner training programs start with an initial consultation to allow our personal trainers to understand your goals. We then develop a customized exercise regimen that includes dynamic, two-person exercises to offer a unique, full-body workout you cannot get anywhere else.

    Our personal trainer will meet you and your partner at the Denver Metro area gym of your choice to offer weekly comprehensive exercise plans, form analysis, goal planning and measurement and nutrition guidance.

  • Small Group Fitness Denver

    Small Group Fitness Denver Training

    $60 total, 60 minutes

    Our small group fitness in Denver training programs are based on a boot-camp style workout. This exercise technique incorporates strength and conditioning exercises with cardio work to provide a full-body workout. Small groups are comprised of 3 to 4 members and training sessions can be held at a Denver Metro area gym or outdoor park of your group's choosing.

    Small group training sessions are 60 minutes and are scheduled in advance to occur once per week. 

  • Large Group Fitness Training

    Large Group Fitness Denver Training

    $60 per group, 60 minutes

    Large group training is held every Wednesday at 6:30 pm at City Park. These hour-long sessions incorporate strength training combined with high-intensity cardio exercises so that you can get the most out of your workout. Structured like a boot-camp, this class boosts your stamina, builds endurance and increases strength.

    Each week, our group training routines change, challenging your body and providing you with a fun way to switch up your regular exercise routine. 

 

Disclaimer

We recommend committing to a minimum of three months of personal training programs to start seeing results. We encourage open communication with your trainer to ensure the best possible training experience.

Cancellation Policy

Training sessions are booked in advance and require a 24-hour notice of cancellation without penalty. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged for the entire duration of the scheduled training session.
